A first memory I have of you is when we both got those matching swimming suits. I remember us both sitting on our Popples bed and giggling like crazy while Dad was taking a picture of us xD

About Sonic... you know, I'm not sure exactly what caused it either! XD I still ask myself that. I think it all comes back to "Tails New Home" me and April's favorite episode. I guess I always thought it would be wonderful to have a big brother like Sonic. It's hard being the oldest some days XD hehehe But yeah, it was just how Sonic treated Tails - he made him family and he protected him. And even though he would drive Sonic crazy, he'd always love him. I think that's what initially attracted me to him. It was at a time when I was feeling very lonely and out of place like Tails was. People had stopped writing me, school bullies were bugging me, I just needed someone strong to look up to and to tell me it was gonna be alright. Sonic's not big like Superman or even smart like Batman. He's short and scrawny, but feisty. He has a big heart for people and he likes to kick evil's butt. Then there's the whole speed thing. I can't explain how awesome it feels to go that fast and hear the wind thundering in your ears and your hair blowing all over. And he's funny. *Snicker* That's kinda why I opened up a bit. I wanted to be like Sonic and Babs --- I started doing impressions and things and found I could make people laugh and cheer them up.

I know I go ga-ga whenever I see him, but his looks are definitely something I went crazy for after I got to know him very well. I think that's the way it goes with any real love situation.

If I hadn't chosen Sonic, I think I would be very shy and quiet like I was in elementary school. I think I would have grown up to be some kind of scientist (I'm thinking a chemist) and would definitely be considerably more lonely and have a lower-self esteem. Sonic was the boost I needed to get me out of the dumps. It kind of scares me --- because then I would have never met April, and she's the best thing that's ever happened to me. That scares me a lot to think I never would have known her. I think me and Sonic was a destined thing.
